Erin Shea Hernandez has worked professionally in the baking and pastry industry for over 25 years. After graduating from the highly acclaimed International Baking and Pastry Institute at Johnson and Wales in Providence she began her career in pastry kitchens throughout the country. This enabled her to train under various highly renowned European and American Pastry Chefs. She received the background to produce various scratch made baked products ranging from the Classical European to the simple all-American favorites. A 16 year position as Executive Pastry Chef at The Barton Creek Country Club and Resort in Austin allowed her to experience and challenge herself with the more creative side of pastry and cake design. Now with her own cake business she will personally meet with you and guide you through the process of designing your personal wedding cake.
