At Erin's Custom Cakes we know your cake is important to you. That is why we offer a complimentary tasting and consultation. We do limit the number of orders on any given date to assure satisfaction and quality. Therefore you should already have already contracted a venue before your tasting.
DELIVERY: Delivery is done one hour prior to the reception. The cake table should be set and in place. Any flowers, toppers or other adornments should be on the preset cake table. Erin will arrange any flowers on the cake at no additional charge. Delivery fees start at $30 for the Austin, Georgetown, Cedar Park and Round Rock area. A fee will be assessed for other locations.
Cake Adornments. All ribbon, cake toppers and flowers shall be provided by the client. Ribbon should be brought to Erin at least one week in advance.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: A $25 non-refundable deposit and signed contract are required to hold your date and will be applied to your balance. We do operate on a first come first served basis. Two weeks prior to the date, 1/2 of the balance is due. The remainder is due at delivery. Also at the two week prior mark, guest count numbers can be adjusted. The final payment will reflect any adjustments.
DESIGN OR FLAVOR CHANGES; Changes can be made up to 30 days before the wedding date although it may result in an increase in price.
OUTDOOR AND NON-TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED VENUES: Cakes set in these environments cannot be guaranteed due to natural conditions beyond our control such as heat and wind.
CAKE PLATEAUS: Silver cake stands are available for a $15 rental fee and a fully refundable deposit check of $100 to cover the cost of any loss or damage. The stand should be returned to Erin's Custom Cakes by the Wednesday evening after the wedding date.
